Our return policy is subject to authorization, you must report it in less than 7 calendar days. If 7 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer the return option.
To apply for a return you must send an email to: info@theboxerboutique.com indicating the order number, the reason for the return and attaching photos of the condition of the item. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please do not send your return purchase until you receive an RMA # from us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days

SHIPPING RETURNS COST

SHIPPING EXCHANGE COST
If the reason of the exchange is for defective or damaged goods, we will assume the shipping cost for the return item and the shipping cost for the new item.

International orders
We ship to most countries, but we do not refund or replace any lost or returned orders due to your country customs restrictions. It is on the buyer's side to be aware on his country requirements and procedures for international orders.
We aren't responsible for any customs restrictions, import duties, taxes and additional charges that exist in your country.
